Edgewood is one of those houses that feels bigger on the inside than it you could imagine. The wraparound porch alone makes this place worth booking. It spans nearly the full perimeter of the home, it's furnished, and people actually use it. Morning coffee, evening drinks, watching kids walk back from the lake — it works for all of it.

Inside, the main floor is open and easy. The kitchen has a large island, a full dining area plus extra bar seating at another table, and a living room anchored by a fireplace. The primary king suite is on the main floor with a private bath and closet, which is a nice touch for whoever in the group wants their own space away from the action upstairs.

The second floor has two private guest bedrooms (one king, one queen), a bunk room with bunks for 6, and a shared full bath. There's also a private balcony off the second floor with views of the community — good for getting away from the group for a few minutes without actually going anywhere. Covered parking is at the rear.

Community amenities are shared with Carlton Landing residents and guests: two seasonal pools, a year-round hot tub, bocce courts, lake beach access, kayak and paddleboard rentals, The Meeting House, and a regular rotation of food trucks and pop-up shops. Linens, towels, washer/dryer, and a starter amenity kit are all included. Sleeps 10.
